Used Aspect this week to move a short distance within Singapore. I packed all small and fragile items, they packed furniture, white goods and large paintings etc. They arrived on time, worked so fast I could barely keep up and were always cheerful and polite. My first move ever that did not have a single damaged or broken item. These guys know their job and do it well. But the absolute stars were Warren the supervisor and Jenny the administrator. Warren did an amazing job and was such a calm positive friendly influence during a stressful time. His team really respected him and I barely had to give instructions. He personally oversaw the packing of high value items. Jenny, responded to every message within hours if not minutes working with me till midnight and early morning to complete the insurance docs etc that I left to the last minute. Her customer service skills are excellent. Overall, their expertise and communication skills are so good I would absolutely use Aspect again and recommend them highly.

Had engaged Aspect to help with my company's warehouse move. I would give 10 stars if I can. =) They had been exceptionally efficient and professional and I cant speak of them highly enough. Everything was wrapped up nicely and securely and despite the numerous big and heavy items, they had displayed great professionalism in their work. We used Aspect for our recent move. From the beginning they were very professional and responsive. They also offered good value for money. We compared seven local moving companies before deciding on Aspect. They managed everything with the management office prior to the move and only required a small deposit. On the day of the move they turned up with plenty of people and were very fast and efficient. They helped us dispose of a couple of items and even assembled a couple of beds without charging us. At our new apartment they unpacked everything and nothing was broken. There were no hidden charges and Jenny and her team were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Aspect and we will use them again when we next move.
