We engaged Aspect to move our family of 5 from West Coast to Alexandra and the whole process was smooth and professional. The assessment was scheduled based on my convenience and I received the same day. Ms. Jenny patiently clarified all my questions. On the day of the move, the movers were quick, courteous and took great care of all of our things. I would definitely engaged their services again. A+ experience!

Very good service. They were fast an efficient, the workers were cheerful. Even though they accidentally broke the glass light on my ceiling fan, they apologized and replaced it the next day. The back office service on WhatsApp is very efficient and professional too. I was quite impressed.

Overall very professional, efficient, and smooth -- I would be happy to choose them again. They're probably not the cheapest around (I only got 2 quotes and theirs was higher) but I liked that they were very open/upfront about all costs, and clearly described all the options (e.g., addition of boxing, unboxing, and insurance). The move itself was very efficient (3 bedroom apartment boxed and moved within 2-3 hours), and they were very careful with things like TV, piano, etc. Perhaps a couple of smaller items ended up being packed loose that I thought it might be better to wrap, but they were undamaged so I assume they knew what they were doing. The cost of insuring items is 2% of declared value, and the excess is $500.

After a couple of not exactly great experiences with the larger movers in Singapore, what a breath of fresh air Aspect Movers are. Smart, careful, organised, friendly. They really do represent what a moving company should be about. The way in which key items were wrapped was an art and the desire that you should see them then open the items with them in attendance and then check them (piano, TV / computer displays) etc. shows the confidence they have in their ability. The team that helped out could not have been better. They were courteous, flexible and just wanted to make it a seamless experience for everyone. A credit to the management for creating a culture that delivers this and credit to the team for upholding the culture. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jenny, Warren et al.
