We engaged Aspect movers for our recent move, after speaking with 4 other movers. Warren, who came to provide quotation and led the team on the move date was not only clear about what to pack and what to move in its original state, but unbelievably accurate with estimation of boxes we’d need. That just shows his expertise, which directly impacts clients in the form of quotation. On the move date, the whole team of 6 functioned like a well-oiled machine, communicating effectively and completing the load in less than 3 hrs despite moving via stairs. The whole team was fast and yet extremely careful when moving boxes and furnitures. Marcus, the right hand man was also very polite and guided the rest of the team with clear communication. I had recently moved to a new premise and by word of mouth, was introduced to Aspect Movers. Within 1 hour of contacting them, I got an appt for quotation and got a really good price. At the same time I asked for 2 more quotations from other companies within the same week and decided to go with Warren because of the good reviews I had received from people who used their services. I have to say I am very satisfied with their services. My condo has a lift all the way to my door but the basement lobby has a silly tight narrow 8 steps that movers would need to navigate. When they arrived and realised the steps, there was no complaints and things moved as if it was a breezy shift although you could tell from their sweaty shirts and faces that they were having a workout downstairs. 930 - 1 and we were all done with 75 boxes and 28 Toyogo boxes. Way way above their quotations but again, no complaints from them. They were very polite and professional. Moving piano, 2m teak table, teak side boards, 2.5m teak cabinets. It definitely was not easy. Kudos to the teamwork they presented. I finished unpacking in a day and couldn’t stand those boxes so I called at 530pm just to try my luck if they could collect the empty boxes back. One guy came and collected at 730pm. So sorry. I felt quite bad because I was ready for them to collect the next day morning. And that’s considered superb turnaround already. They outbid themselves for sure. In all, Excellent experience and I’ll recommend all who need movers to engage their services. You will not be disappointed!
