From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The entire team was efficient, professional, and respectful throughout the process. One detail we particularly appreciated was that every interaction began with a polite greeting — a small gesture, but one that immediately set a positive tone. Our first point of contact was Rishi, who was responsive, patient, and very detail-oriented. He remained professional throughout and did his best to accommodate several extremely last-minute major requests from us, which we truly appreciated. On the day of the move, Raju led the team together with AK, Salleh, Razif, and Yazid. They arrived punctually and got straight to work with clear coordination and purpose. Everything was packed carefully, methodically, and efficiently. It was reassuring to see the level of care taken with every item — from perishables to more fragile furniture. We would also like to highlight a small detail that made a big difference to us. The entire team arrived in proper uniform, wearing socks, and there was no smoke or cigar smell. This level of professionalism gave us additional confidence that they take their work seriously and respect their customers’ homes.
