i engaged CYC movers under the recommendation of my close friend in Feb 2026, with a direct referral to Mr Rishi and his team. from the on-set, the entire operation was handled professionally.
Mr Rishi was quick to respond via email to my request for an on-site survey, and was able to accommodate my tight schedule. He was punctual and meticulous during the survey and was able to clarify any doubts i had regarding the move. the quotation came within 24 hours with a very detailed breakdown of items and charges, no hidden costs.
even on very last minute changes, Mr Rishi was able to amend the quotation to reflect updated inventory list. kudos to him.
on the day of move, the site supervisor Mr Razif came up 30mins earlier to assess the situation, and after he had a good idea of how to proceed with the moving process, his team came up to my place punctually and commenced the moving process. the last movers we engaged were subpar, so we had a clear idea of the order in which we wanted our belongings to be moved. Mr Razif's team was able to follow our request. All our belongings were expertly protected with care and loaded up onto their trucks.
the unloading process was also as smooth as can be. again, Mr Razif came up to our new premise first and asked us where all the furniture would be going. this allowed his team to know exactly where things are supposed to go, and it minimized the amount of double-work.
having moved 7 times in my life, i really have to say that this move was the smoothest, most hassle-free, and most pleasant experience i've ever had.
all in all, i am extremely pleased with Mr Rishi and Mr Razif's team, and they will be the only recommendation i will give to my friends and colleagues from now on, when it comes to moving.

The sales and admin support team were friendly and professional, always prompt in responding to my queries. The moving team, comprising of Mr Rishi and Mr Razif, were careful in wrapping up my items and ensuring that all items were lifted, not dragged on the floor since I just had marble polishing and wood vanishing done in my house. I’m also glad that all items relating to the move were provided such as boxes, bubble / paper wraps, tapes, etc. As a first time mover, at first I was unsure if I really needed all the items but they proved to be very useful.
