CYC has impressed us again on another house move. This time unit to unit in the same condo. Really nice touch to send us the same supervisor Karthik and his team as we wanted the same standard as we had on our first move. Special thanks to Rishi for his professionalism and going the extra mile to arrange everything for us with the last minute changes! CYC is an incredibly professional mover that I would highly recommend if you want peace of mind, responsiveness and an overall happy move experience - the whole team was so upbeat and dynamic! From the thorough in-person survey and competitive quote by Dayton, to the swift and efficient execution of the move by Karthik and his team, we could not have been in safer hands. CYC provides insurance (not all movers do) and we opted for the enhanced insurance but we did not need it - absolutely no issues and all items moved without any damage whatsoever. A cut above the rest!

This is our 3rd time moving house, and in all 3 moves we always use CYC, simply because we are very satisfied with the service and we just don’t want to risk our stuffs getting damaged. As always, Jessica is very efficient and detailed. Few minutes video call and she came up with very accurate list and quotation of all our items in few hours. This last moving was supervised by Iswaran again, he was as efficient and helpful as our first move and he was really good at managing the time and the team. The team members also moved very swiftly, they wrapped all the bulky items carefully and neatly. They provided the hangers and wrapped all our clothes in the transferring hanger so we don’t even have to fold our clothes and box them. They helped to dissassemble and reassemble the bed frames and desk and wrapped them carefully. Overall, we are very satisfied with how they treated our items with extra care and they managed to get all our stuff in around 4 hours (this is already with 2 rounds of truck drive since we had too much stuff to fit all in one go). I would highly recommend the CYC team and would without any doubt engage them again if we ever have to move again in the future 🥰
