CYC has way exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th house move, and first time using CYC. The entire process from start to finish has been the smoothest, and most assuring one.
Mr Rishi was super responsive, helpful and followed through with very personalized touch. The move day team of Mr Denis & his crew were exceptional - they were very careful and meticulous with the handling throughout. My furniture were well protected and placed where I wanted them to be. Mr Denis and team also went above and beyond to help uninstall my washer/dryer mount, and did a last minute modification on my built-in cabinet and drainage pipe to ensure my washer could fit. That was life saving! They didn’t just leave me stranded with an issue, even though it’s not their responsibility to fix. Their dedication is truely why there are so many 5 star reviews! Jessica, who handled our quotation and coordination, was incredibly efficient and responsive. The quotation was prepared very quickly, and whenever we had questions before moving day, she replied promptly via WhatsApp. Her support made the entire process stress-free and gave us confidence leading up to the move.
On moving day, Salleh, Iswaran, Sarath, and Durai were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with our belongings. They worked efficiently while taking great care of both our furniture and the property. Everything arrived safely, and there was no damage to any furniture or to either residence.

I searched around and compared the price among different movers. CYC is not the cheapest but it’s the most transparent and professional with decent price. On the date of move, they wrap everything very carefully, and willing to help dispose things I don’t want. For moving to condo they also settled all the documents by themselves without any of my involvement. Jessica is very responsive for all my questions, replied timely, even during the weekend!
