Used CYC for my recent home move per a friends recommendation and had a great experience with them. Raju and team were experienced and professional, ensuring that we got our move done within a limited window to meet time restrictions. Not the cheapest option in the market, but definitely worth every dollar spent

Our move had been very smooth and well-coordinated from pre-move, the move itself and post-move collection of packing boxes. Our first point of contact was Rishi who did the site survey and arranged for the delivery of the packing boxes very promptly. He was very meticulous and ensured every question we had was clearly explained and guided us along the process effectively. Christian was also very accommodating in the scheduling of the delivery and collection of the packing boxes and materials! On the move day, the supervisor was Denis and he was extremely friendly and coordinated the packing and wrapping of our items with his team well. The transportation and eventual move went without a hitch and everyone in their team was super friendly and helpful and assisted in our requests. Huge thanks to Rishi and Denis and the moving team!

CYC Movers was recommended by a fellow colleague who had good experience with their services and we decided to appoint them for our office packing and move ahead of the major office renovation. From early communications, proposal, logistics, to the actual execution on the move day, they brought their A-game! Justin (form Sales) was very professional and helpful in our queries leading up to the actual day. As our reno timeline kept shifting, Justin was always ready to assist us. It made our internal approval process easier. The group who delivered the packing materials were also very friendly and accommodating. They briefed us very clearly what was delivered and what they were for. This made it easier for us to instruct the office. Razif, the Supervisor for the actual move day, was also very focused and systematic. We were very impressed that they had everything worked out - what to pack, how to pack, what to move first, how to arrange the items, all into our tiny storage space. They were all very well coordinated and not forgetting, very very friendly. They also helped to keep a look out for items we have missed packing. They went about their roles with very very little supervision. We look forward to having them back in 3months time when we complete our renovation, to help us retrieve the items from the storage back to our office. I'd like to give CYC Movers a shout-out for their excellent service and they definitely come highly recommended!
