My first point of contact was Rishi. He was prompt in his replies and very detail-oriented. He also accommodated extremely last minute major requests to the best of his ability.
On the day of the move, Raju led the team composed of AK, Salleh, Razif, and Yazid. They arrived on time and they arrived with a mission -- to meticulously pack everything with efficiency. Each item was handled with utmost care -- even the perishables and fragile furniture.
Additional minor comment (but with major customer impact) -- they all came wearing uniform, wearing socks, and no one had a smoke/cigar smell, hence, an additional sense of assurance that they really take their job seriously.
