Firstly, the response to my quotation query was prompt and the service coordinator Jessica Chua was friendly and pleasant to work with and answered all my questions clearly.
The items and site survey was done by video call and despite that, she didnt miss a thing and recorded our items very accurately.
The crates for moving was a great surprise, and was delivered promptly giving us enough time to pack our items.
Chandran the moving supervisor was professional and good at what he does. Attentive to our items ensuring they were well protected and at the same time supervising and overseeing his team accordingly to make sure our items were packed, loaded and unpacked to a high standard.
Overall they were very experienced and our items were delivered without any dirt or damage which is usually our concern when using movers.

On 27 December 2025, CYC Movers was punctual and generous in supporting our charity, SingYouth Hub with the relocation of our office from People’s Park Centre to a temporary space. Their support helped us significantly reduce transportation and manpower costs during a very challenging period.
The team members — Rishi, Raju, and Salleh — were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They assisted with dismantling and reassembling all fixtures, ensuring everything was handled with great care and without any damage.
