CYC did a great job with helping me move into my new place. Jessica was great - prompt with replies, professional in tone, and provided all the information I needed without any pushiness. The transition from quotation to confirmation was smooth and fast.
On move day, Raju and his team arrived punctually and were polite and professional throughout. They understood my instructions clearly, worked efficiently to bring boxes down, and placed everything in the assigned rooms quickly. Importantly, they took care to avoid any scuffs on my flooring or walls.
Overall, a stress-free, well-organised move with excellent communication and careful handling. I’d happily use CYC Movers again and recommend them to others.

This was our first move with CYC Movers. One of our main criteria was to move our wine fridge safely and to have cold storage of our bottles, which CYC could do. The other was our sculptures, figurines, and fragile items. We also engaged their packing services. Our move was facilitated by Jessica, and the actual move was supervised by Denis and his team who include Salleh.
As with all major moves, a customer is putting their faith in the company and team assigned to the move in ensuring that all possessions are moved carefully and smoothly. Through our quick observations of their packing and our subsequent unpacking of the boxes, we were impressed by the professionalism and care provided for by Denis and Salleh in the way they protected our possessions. Heart is when even soft toys are protected well, and we were heartened to see this. They even placed the bottles back into our wine fridge even though we did not engage their unpacking service (we would have, if the layout of our new home was the same as our previous home).
Overall, we are pleased with the service and the smooth move. We will engage CYC Movers again for any future moves, and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Chandran and his team were professional and efficient. Our old house had several tight stairwells with glass railings, through which they were still able to quickly and carefully carry sofas and refrigerators down. We were initially worried and actually carried some of the furniture down ourselves prior to the move - a completely unnecessary effort.
They also arrived on time and finished earlier than I expected - even helped with stuff that wasn't on the manifest. Would definitely recommend.
