Read too much nightmare stories about other moving companies and decided to stick with CYC. Quote is very reasonable and staff are very efficient and careful.
I thank Rishi for his polite and responsive service as the coordinator, and the big man Mr Raju and his team for the fuss-free move on the actual day. Recommended!

We paid about $2,500 expecting a professional move, but it turned out stressful and poorly managed. We were only given 40 small and 10 large cartons for a 2,000 sq ft home with 13 years of belongings — clearly not enough. Despite asking for more boxes, they weren’t provided in time, and we were left rushing to pack everything.
Only six movers showed up, which was far too few for the job. Though more help was sent later, the delay and chaos made the whole process exhausting. What upset me most was the lack of empathy — the sales rep kept insisting packing wasn’t included, instead of helping us find a solution.
In the end, many things were left behind — wardrobes, kitchen items, even a steam oven — and we had to hire another mover ourselves, who turned out to be cheaper, faster, and more professional.
I waited two weeks before writing this to be fair, but I remain disappointed. The service felt transactional and uncaring. Unfortunately, CYC has lost a returning customer, and I can’t recommend them after this experience
