We recently engaged CYC Movers for our move to our new home, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had actually booked another moving company initially. However, after paying the deposit, we experienced slow responses and became increasingly concerned after reading some negative reviews. In the end, we decided to forfeit our deposit and go with CYC Movers instead, and we’re so glad we made that decision. Before the move, Rishi came by to assess the items we needed to move, advised us on the number of boxes required, and provided a quotation. The boxes were delivered promptly, which made it easy for us to start packing. On moving day, Denis and his team arrived right on time and got straight to work. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. They took great care in wrapping and protecting our belongings, and nothing felt rushed despite the huge amount of work involved. We had more than 100 boxes, along with plenty of furniture that needed to be dismantled and reassembled. The team handled everything seamlessly. We were amazed at how quickly they dismantled the furniture, moved everything over, and put it all back together at our new place. What could have been a very stressful day felt surprisingly smooth because of how organised and efficient they were. Most importantly, the team never cut corners. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day and treated our belongings with care and respect. A huge thank you to Rishi, Denis, Sarath, Karthik, Yasser and Razif for making our move such a positive experience. We would not hesitate to recommend CYC Movers to anyone looking for reliable, professional and hardworking movers.
