Kudos to Raju and Rafiq for a smooth move. My family is extremely impressed with the moving team who helped us with our bed frame and mattress. They demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. The team carefully dismantled and reassembled the bed frame with skill and efficiency, showing their expertise and competence in handling furniture.
They were very patient, respectful, and customer-focused throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, ensuring our items were cleaned before being professionally wrapped for protection. The team work between Raju and Razif was seamless, and it was clear they worked well together to get the job done efficiently.
In addition, the admin support provided by Jessica prior to the move was also customer focussed. We’re very grateful for their service and would highly recommend CYC movers to anyone looking for a reliable moving team.

We engaged CYC at very short notice (less than two weeks) to move house.
Rishi came quickly to do the survey and was very reassuring when I texted him all my concerns for the move. Christian accommodated my requests and arranged to send and collect the cartons very soon.
On the day of the move, Chandran and his team arrived promptly, and they worked seamlessly to move our cartons and furniture. The team is friendly, and their expertise is just impressive. Their "origami skills" were great when it comes to wrapping our fragile stuff. No damages at all for us.

I just wanted to share my experience with CYC Movers when I recently moved out of my 4-room flat. With so many moving companies in Singapore, I honestly found it daunting to pick the right one. I reached out to about five companies for quotes, and CYC was one of them.
I’d actually used their services before, back in 2021 for a small office move, and I remember how smooth everything went. So after comparing all the proposals and costs, I ended up choosing CYC again, not just because of that past experience, but also because I felt their pricing was very fair.
From the start, everything felt well-handled and fuss-free.
Christian and Vick were my first points of contact, and within just a couple of days, we had everything discussed, quoted, and scheduled. The quote itself was based on a video call with Vick, where I simply walked him through what needed to be moved. Once we confirmed the details, they promptly delivered all the packing materials right to my place; complimentary boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. The boxes, by the way, were solid and sturdy enough to be reused, which I really appreciated.
On moving day, I met the three man team: Yazid (the supervisor), Razif, and Izrul Hafiz. Yazid actually arrived 10 minutes early to walk me through the process and check the items going to two different locations. He was very organised, making sure everything was sorted and planned before the heavy lifting even began.
The team worked quickly but carefully. They were friendly, professional, and really thoughtful in the way they wrapped and moved each piece, from my sofa and dining table to the washing machine, fridge, and bed. They even dismantled my bed frame for me, which I hadn’t expected! (Tip: if you need anything dismantled or drilled out, it’s worth asking about that during the planning stage).
Throughout the move, they kept things upbeat and positive, while also being very transparent with updates. Best of all, nothing was scratched, damaged, or bumped which honestly gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be calling CYC again for any future moves, and I’ve already recommended them to friends who are planning their own.
