Engaged CYC Movers for my house moving and I’m really impressed with their efficiency and service level.
Jessica attended to my enquiry very promptly. She was very responsive and even replied to my texts beyond her work hours, which I did not expect her to, hence I deeply appreciate that. She was also very clear in her communication, enabling me to make decisions quick. Their quote is not the lowest, but was a very reasonable quote and there are no hidden costs.
Their moving team was impressive as well. Denis arrived, did a run through with him on where to move the items to, and his team moved really quick thereafter. They handled my items well and the move was completed in a few hours.

I was searching for reliable movers at the last minute, and though I encountered a couple of obstacles, I persevered. One mover was fully booked, and another kindly followed up only to inform me of their lack of availability. However, I decided to give it another shot and reached out to CYC Movers. They managed to secure a moving date slot for me on 04AUG2025.
From the start, Jessica Chua was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing timely updates via WhatsApp and emails about every detail of the moving process. Her professionalism was immediately apparent!
On the day of the move, team leader Raju and two of his coworkers arrived right on time at 9:30 AM. Raju introduced himself in a polite and professional manner that set a positive tone for the day.
The team efficiently cleared my items in just 45 minutes, demonstrating excellent skills with their cling wraps and customized trolleys to ensure everything remained undamaged. When we arrived at the storage building, everything was neatly stacked and organized. All done in a solid 3hours
Overall, I have nothing but high praise for CYC Movers and their impeccable work ethic. They delivered an outstanding service!
They are not GOOD but......simply EXCELLENT from start to end.

Really grateful to the entire team who made our move so swift and smooth, starting from Rishi who was very helpful, prompt and organised very step of the way, all the way to the entire crew who have been really helpful, going out of the way to make the move within timeline.
