Engaged CYC movers for my parents’ house move and it was the best decision ever. It was our first time engaging movers so we weren’t sure what to expect, but our worries were unfounded. Rishi was prompt and helpful in communications from start to end, coming down for a site survey and answering all questions we had.
We had a couple of solid wood items (dining table, chairs, sideboard, washing machine), bulky mattresses and about 30-35 boxes, which Mr Kannan and his team handled with professionalism. They came bright and early, provided racks for our ironed clothes so we don’t have to iron them again, wrapped and transported items like our TVs, subwoofer and soundbar with care. The family agrees that this isn’t the cheapest but totally worth every penny!

I have done a number of moves, domestic and international (to US, to China and back), and this experience with CYC was the best.
It started with Jessica who helped schedule the move - very responsive on email and whatsapp. And they were able to do video viewing of the apartment, and accept videos instead of having to schedule a physical viewing. She was also responsive when we had questions in between about how to pack stuff.
On the day itself Dines the supervisor texted ahead to let us know what time to expect him and his team.
The crew was efficient but it started with Dines - communicated clearly with us, gave instructions clearly, and sought clarification from us when he needed. Ended up being a super fast move cos the guys were strong and fast
We hope we wont be moving again for a while, but we will certainly recommend CYC to our friends
