CYC has been nothing short of professional and efficient from start to end. Christine was very helpful with all our queries. Christian also helped to arrange for the boxes and packing materials to be delivered in a timely manner so that we could begin our packing. The team led by AK was nothing short of amazing on the day of the move. It was very obvious that they had a lot of experience and they moved super swiftly. The team was also able to manage unforseen hiccups. As they dismantled our bed, they alerted us that the screws in some parts of the frame were too old and could not be removed. If they forced it out, it would risk breaking the slats. I had a discussion with Christine (who responded very quickly) and she provided some options from me to choose from, and also liaised with AK on what to do. We were initially concerned that the move would be slowed down because we only had one working lift serving our floor due to maintenance. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how the team managed to also overcome that challenge. Everything was done before 5pm that day. Highly recommended going with CYC if you are considering a big move. While they may not be the cheapest around, the quality service they provide will give you a peace of mind every step of the way.

CYC was recommended to me by my family member who had a very pleasant experience. And I’m very pleased to say indeed, they lived up to it! My first touchpoint was Jessica, who is experienced, customer-oriented and very responsive — the 3 ideals you’d expect for any customer-facing agent. CYC did great by appointing Jessica as the face of the company. She was also very helpful and reassuring, which was really pleasant since moving house can be very stressful and we already had enough on our plates to worry about. On the day of the move, our assigned staff member was Iswaran. He was very helpful, and would delegate his team to help us with laborious tasks so that we can focus on condo administration and etc. CYC also helped with applying for the permit to move into my condo, and I simply had to forward them my tenancy agreement. Overall, highly recommend and I’ll definitely use CYC for my subsequent moves.
