This was the first time that I engaged CYC and I was impressed with their professionalism and service quality. I was very impressed with the swiftness and attentiveness of Rishi. I needed to move within a short space of time and asked Rishi for a last minute survey. He made adjustments to his schedule to accommodate my request and performed the survey the following day. The communication from Rishi was also excellent, guiding me and keeping me informed every step of the way. The packing and moving were very smooth. The team led by Chandran boxed up my belongings very neatly and were happy to leave items that I still required before the move. On the day of the move, Chandran and the team were very efficient and handled my belongings with great care. They had no issues having to pack last minute items either. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would certainly engage them again and recommend them to others.
