The best ever experienced. From the dealing with their office manager Jessica, getting the quotation on line through video call was fantastic, then being able to squeeze me into a working day sandwiched between 2 public holidays was service at its best. On the moving day, the supervisor Karthik prompt on time and the walk through on what items needed to be moved etc. Then the huge crew, strong young guys, all great personalities and friendly, knowing that moving could be stressful. Used CYC to move house in Jan 2025, was very impressed with their service and quality of work. Justin Lee was very professional and handled queries swiftly to satisfaction. The boxes, tapes and wraps were sent quickly and the quality is superior. During the move, Razif (supervisor of the team) was competent, clean, compliant and pleasant. He had good communication and solved problems well. The rest of the movers were equally good too. Excellent work, will definitely use CYC again in the future!

It was my first time engaging CYC movers and to my pleasant surprise the moving run very smoothly thanks to the team!
