Moving crew was a pleasure to work with! They were cheerful, efficient, and careful. Move was well organized in terms of labour. Fragile items well-labelled (with love!). Boxes and packing supplies provided in advance were of good quality. Looking forward to engaging them again in the return move and future ones - thanks guys!

Engaged CYC movers, and it had only been a smooth and assuring experience. Dayton provided a quote after a site recee, followed by Jas and his team carrying out the physical move in an efficient and systemic manner. Jas with his years of experience, was able to creatively create protective boxes from existing standard square boxes to fit almost anything. E.g. electric keyboard with stand, paintings, & curved Mointor. I would definitely recommend. :)

The team from CYC Movers are very professional when packing and moving many bulky equipments. They are very puntual and fast when packing and moving the items. They are polite and friendly. Would engage them again if there is a new request.

We recently used CYC’s relocation service and were quite impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend their service. After initial contact with them, someone from CYC first came to our flat to do onsite evaluation and quote us a price afterwards. One week before moving, they sent over around 30 cardboard boxes for us to pack (of course they can help you pack if you pay extra 💰 for this service). On the moving day, they were so efficient, only spent one hour moving our stuff out of the old flat and another hour to unpack the furnitures in the new flat. They also helped contact the condo management to help with move in/out deposit 💵 (if your condo allows them to do it on behalf of you) which I found it very convenient for us ;)

First time engaging CYC movers and everything went unbelievably smoothly! Jessica was very patient and explained the entire moving process from start till end. She also took the initiative to inform me the date, time and move supervisor’s name 1 day before the move. On actual day of moving, Karthik and his team showed up at my doorstep 30mins before the move (unheard of in the mover industry)! The punctuality was well appreciated and shows how professional they were. Every single staff on the team assigned were strong men which really helped with moving things fast. Other companies sometimes sends few guys and only some can lift heavy items. During the move, they will also use rubberized cloth to protect your expensive items (tv, dining chairs & tables, bookcases). I paid a total of $1120 for 20 small boxes, 4 big boxes and the regular furnitures (inc. 100kg fountain). Overall, not the cheapest but very good quality and value. Well done CYC, thank you for the excellent work! I’ll definitely engage them again and recommend them to my friends.
