I had an absolutely fantastic experience with CYC Moving Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move in Singapore.
From the moment I reached out, Jessica was incredibly responsive and helpful. After I emailed, she quickly got in touch and I was able to send her videos of my place for a quick and accurate quote. She arranged for boxes and tape to be delivered well in advance — a full two weeks before the move — which gave me plenty of time to pack. What I appreciated most was that she was always available for questions, no matter how odd or small they seemed. She even coordinated directly with my new condo to book the lift and ensure it was properly padded — all the little details were taken care of without me having to worry.
On moving day, a special shoutout to Karthik, the supervisor, who led the team with calm confidence and clear communication. The entire move went smoothly and efficiently, and the team handled everything with care and professionalism.

Superb moving service. This is my 4th local move in the last 10y and CYC is the best so far. Granted my budget increased over the years with age lol and I opted for their packing service. It was really worth it.
No stress about packing in time, plus it allowed the actual move day to proceed smoothly.
The process started w a whatsapp message to CYC, and Jessica messaged me subsequently to arrange a video call to see all the things that need to be moved. A quotation was given and once accepted, the boxes were delivered promptly even though we opted for packing service, as we wanted to pack ourselves the things that we want to use immediately. Very good process.
The price is within the same range as another branded mover (which I used before), and my experience with CYC is the best.
Movers (AK and team) were very polite and wrapped everything very nicely. Better than we would have done it if we did the packing. Packing service had all glass ware and things like water bottles well packed. Furniture were well padded and completely shrink wrapped.

This is the 2nd time I’m using CYC for a flat move. Rishi, the person who came down to do a site assessment, was professional and able to answer most questions on the spot. Follow-ups and support were also very good from him all the way leading up to move date.
On move date, we had Iswaran leading the moving crew. Before proceeding with the task, he did a walk through to reconfirm the items to be moved. After that Iswaran and the rest of the crew organised everything, packed/stacked and moved the items on trolleys over to the next block (where we were moving to). Boxes/items were stacked smartly on the trolleys with heavier ones at the bottom and lighter ones at the top. Everything is then wrapped up with heavy duty cling film. The moving crew was good natured and professional with their work and they got our items over to the new place at the next block dry despite the rain. Note: They also disassembled and reassembled our bed frames and some metal shelving we have.
Overall, we were very happy with the move and would consider engaging CYC again for future moves.

I engaged CYC Movers for my move in early March and I must say, I'm very happy with their service. So much so that after a month, I decided to write this review. (No incentives, just purely sharing). Moving is quite a stressful event, having to sort, pack and unpack all my belongings from one house to another. But I would say that their service really helped to minimise these stressors.
Upon my enquiry, Vick contacted me promptly and came down for a site visit to assess the size of the move. He was responsive and was able to accomodate my requests. He then proceeded to have the empty boxes and packing materials sent to my place and I could start packing. His estimation was quite spot on, esp on the number of boxes allocated.
On the day of the move, Chandran and his team were very swift in moving all the boxes, included additional protection for my large appliances and the move was very smooth. Overall I'm really impressed and I'm so glad I engaged them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for moving services. They really deserve the glowing almost-5 stars review here on Google.
