I moved in to new house last week. Engaged CYC Movers. Raju was the one assist with the others team member. They all very professional. They bring cool box to transfer my frozen food from the fridge and also bring long hanger to transfer my dresses, so i don’t need to fold and unfold it at new house. Other items was wrapped properly too. Would 100% recommend anyone who is moving to engage CYC movers for their thoughtfulness and professionalism.

We were moving for the first time and we were very stressed. So glad we were recommended CYC Movers. They were not the cheapest but it totally makes sense as we were well attended to from the start of our inquiry to the end of the move. We moved smoothly on 28 Mar 2025 under the fantastic leadership of Iswaran, and his wingmen VK and Kevin - plus a couple of other men who took precise instructions from the trio. They were true professionals, careful, attentive, patient, polite and yet extremely efficient. They came punctually dressed neatly, had a method to their work and worked very well together. They spared no effort at all! Rather a performance to watch actually. In case anyone is as novice as us, and needs the assurance, we had 52 cartons, two flat screens - 77 and 65 inches, one set of KEF speakers, an upright piano, two Stressless recliners, two bicycles, one dining set, a king mattress, a daybed, fridge and washing machine, a couple of standing lamps and pot plants, just to name some of the the bulkier things, our precious things. The team came at 915 with one huge truck. And after dismantling the Flatscreens and dining table and shrink wrapping everything, it took three trips (the mattress couldn’t fit) and a lunch break in between, and we were all reassembled and well-installed at our new place by 5.30pm. Before the move, we were liaising with Vick who gave us the quotation, manifest listing and arranged with operations to deliver the cartons. He was responsive to our texts. We will use them again when we need to move from our temp place. And we recommend CYC to anyone who wants to be reassured of a smooth move!

I saw their high ratings & recommendations from a few websites, so decided to submit online enquiry to request for quote. Got a missed call from 1 of their staff Vick when I was at work, whom later texted me to ask when I could speak. I proposed to call at 6.30pm & he replied ok sure. At 6.30pm I msg him that I could talk. No response. 7.45pm I msg to check if he was calling, as it's been more than an hour. He only called back about 8pm without any apology. When I realised they don't do moves on Sun and move time is fixed around 9am, I told him then our conversation need not continue. Even before I could finish my sentence, he said "ok then. Bye". So rude! I wouldn't want to engage them at all even if they could fit the timing I want!

We would highly recommend CYC Movers! Form start to finish, their service was very professional and efficient. They were able to accommodate our fairly last-minute request and Vick came down to our flat on short notice to do a quick site survey. Moving day was painless for us because Chandran and his team were so efficient and experienced! They even helped us repack some things that we hadn't done so properly and loaded their chiller box with our frozen and chilled items so quickly we didn't even realize it was already done. When moving the items to our new place, they were once again very efficient and took great care not to scrape our walls. The furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much, Chandran and team! We will definitely hire CYC Movers again!
