We have a great experience with CYC team move for us. Arshad and his team is very experienced and professional movers. The team took good care of our items despite the challenging terrain and space constraints at the old flat. my wife love their service for providing the clothes rack during the moving. It helps to save up the hassle. They are the great asset to CYC. Dayton was prompt and responsive to our questions and in arranging the schedule and boxes delivery.

We engaged CYC Movers for our move to a self-storage facility. The entire process started out smoothly with Dayton being very friendly with the consultation process. The quote was very transparent and all questions leading up to the moving day itself was answered professionally & swiftly. On the day itself, Jas, Salleh and Prabhu came 5 minutes early which was a welcome sight. Their friendly & professional attitude really kept us worry-free as they worked their magic with wrapping our items. We liked that they were fast, effective and also explained to us why they had to wrap some items in a certain way, such as our custom glass cabinet! Everything from packing to transporting, the drive and unloading into the storage facility was done in a very careful and detailed manner which we greatly appreciated. We were worried that we didn't have enough space and the team went above and beyond to arrange the items properly to maximise the space we had. Absolutely no regrets in engaging CYC movers. Will highly recommend for any sort of move for peace of mind. Looking forward to seeing the team again when we get our new place!

Residential Moving on 26 Dec 2023 As I was planning for residential moving services within the same street, but different condominium was a challenges for me and the mover because we don’t need a 3m long truck to do the shifting, only men power and shutter truck so I was hoping to find a good mover that could help to do that. From googling, I picked 3 best different company, they all came to my house to do a quick site survey, finally, I decided to engage CYC Movers. This company has sent Vick who is the sales representative to liaise with me. He is very professional, from pre move quote to last signature and answer all my queries and following up till my moving day. On the day of moving, his team (sorry, I didn’t get their name) was excellent, very well organized, very professional and efficient. I was very impressed with their team works from wrapping our furniture with bubble wrap to using cardboard for protection. They really know their job well and very accommodating with my last-minute request too. The moving was fast and smooth, the whole process took half a day to complete although on that day was a raining day. I would like to thank Vick and his company for sending us his excellent moving team making our moving experience without stress and happy. I would highly recommend CYC Movers. I want to thank CYC for helping us in the move to Canberra today. Their service was very good, right from the first time i called to ask for a quotation. Dayton Koh responded to me promptly and he is always available to answer to my questions even on weekends. Today, i finally got to experience and see how good the movers are (i heard about CYC through a few colleagues). A big thank you to Karthik and team for their excellent service! They are so cheerful, friendly, helpful and detailed. We were still busy doing last minute packing when the team arrived at our place. Karthik was very thoughtful by offering us another 30 mins. They were very careful in handling all our fragile items. And they helped transport all our clothings from our old wardrobe to our new place on a clothes rack. I don't need to iron my dresses again after we arrived at our new place! I will not hesitate to use CYC again in my future move and i will recommend CYC to my friends and colleagues.
