Professional, Efficient, Supportive, Caring and Humble The journey with CYC started with us planning our 1st move in Singapore, and we were not sure of who to go with. We took referrals from WhatsApp groups, Condo Groups, Facebook,and friends and family, and finally called Top 10 Movers in Singapore. We called each and every mover to our apartment for a site visit and also a detailed discussion as we did not want to get quotes and responses on calls or emails. WHY WE WENT WITH CYC .. SALES / QUOTE / CONFIRMATION - Dayton (Key Sales Lead for SG) is absolutely phenomenal and thorough in his approach. He is one of the best professionals I have come across in Singapore in my 4years. - Dayton took our calls as and when we called him and answered each and every query everytime we watsapped him. Not even once Dayton let us feel left out - Dayton personally took out time and came one day prior and helped us personally with packing. His professionalism and his caring nature for his clients is outstanding. Words are less to express his amazing way of working and helping out and making sure his clients are not worried and leaving all their worries to CYC - CYC Operations Team promptly called me within 48hrs of the confirmation, to make sure that I am aware that how the process will be followed. - Operations Team promptly send 50% of the packing boxes beforehand, so that we could pack whatever we can before the packing day, so that we don’t need to rush on anything. CYC COSTS - Fit our budget expectations - Agreed to help us with packing - No extra deposit for boxes - Very nominal cost for moving things via the stairs - Took charge on talking to condo mgt and applying for permits - Gave us 100% comfort on the delivery and that everything will be taken care off - Helped us with dismantling of beds, tables and desks and also the assembly at new apartment PACKING : - Packing guys Izrul (Supervisor), Prabhu & Arshad - For All Beds, Desks and Disassembly and Assembly, Jasmin and Yazid - Drivers & Delivery Supervisors. Outstanding service, professionals and care for everything. Not even 1 thing went wrong. It was PERFECT and AWESOME. Words are even less to express how amazingly well they handled everything for us. - Packing was done absolutely brilliantly with perfection. - They even made sure that our Dog was comfortable at all times and they took care of everything we asked them to do. - The team was humble, down to earth and so nice to interact and help out on everything we asked. We are so glad that we chose CYC, as it’s the people who make a difference and CYC TEAM is the best in Singapore. Attached pictures show how happy we were with all of them. WHY WE DID NOT GO WITH OTHER MOVERS - Very expensive and out of budget - Would not be helping with packing - Will charge extra for boxes and a deposit for boxes - Charging exorbitant cost for moving things via the stairs - Unprofessional approach and no commitments on any possible mishaps - Not willing to take charge on talking to condo mgt and applying for permits - Would not want to give us any comfort on the delivery and that everything will be taken care off - Would not want to take proper insurance on all key - Would not pick up calls in time and give a response - Having everything unknown as extra and not doing a proper study - Would not help in dismantling of all beds, tables and desks and again assembly
