The pre-moving service was good, Jessica was patient and replied my many queries without pushing for the sales.
The team leader for the movers was great in terms of communications and setting expectations during the move.
A negative was that 2 portions of the walls (in the kitchen and master bedroom) was chipped off at the corners as well as the kitchen door. Mainly due to (1) a metal rack that was supposed to fit in the storeroom was not dismantled although we did questioned and highlighted that we thought the rack may not be able to pass through the kitchen area into the storeroom and had issues navigating the narrow kitchen. (2) The kitchen door was narrow hence our 2 door fridge had issues passing through as the sliding door couldn’t fully open. And (3) master bedroom was tight hence (we didn’t witness) but apparently the wall was chipped off while moving the bedframe.
In partial mitigation, your staff did help over and above their service by purchasing on our behalf, the washer’s connecting ring. Your staff also did mention one of them would drop by to mend the walls, although it’s been 4 weeks coming but nobody has contacted me to arrange for this.

Found cyc movers online and decided to use them thinking they would be honest, responsible, and transparent with their fees. However, the sales representative named Ramdhan was not honest and sometimes even unresponsive ( i need to chase for a response). Fees charged for our initial items for the whole move including fridge, washing machine, mattress, bedframe, dining table, some chairs, standing clothes rack, boxes of clothes, belongings etc from our condo to a 3 storey terrace was ard sgd1110. Due to unforeseen circumstances with our move, we had to change our dates slightly earlier and remove certain items from our list of things (removed fridge, washing machine, mattress, 2 chairs) as well as change our location from 3 storey terrace to a condo instead. Ramdhan only reduced $120. He refused to be transparent with his quotation and stated it was correct for the quotation. Asked for a breakdown and said it was according to volume, not by items. Fail to explain how the pricing guide works.
However, I would like to praise the actual move Chandran and Team. They were fast, efficient and careful with the move. At least the company is save by the actual workers.

I came across CYC from google and saw good reviews so i engaged them. They are very professional and friendly too from the first response to the very end of the move.
Site visit was done via video call with Ramdhan then quote was provided within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, Justin Lee took over as the person in charge.
Communication has been smooth with him in organising date, logistics etc. boxes, tape, bubble wrap were delivered promptly as per my request. On the day of the move, 3 staff came by: Arshad, Izrul and Aminul. They were HIGHLY efficient, experienced and professional and also friendly too. Arshad was the team lead and he explained the move process to us to ensure it goes smoothly. Our move (within same condo, different block) done within 2 hours. No accidents or issues. All items were assembled nicely and boxed were delivered without any issue.
Definitely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend to consider CYC for your move. Thank you Justin, Arshad, Izrul and Aminul!
