I recently engaged CYC to help my move between homes. I had shortlisted a few movers based on reviews and recommendations. I eventually picked CYC because of the prompt and helpful response from Bernice whom managed the enquiry and the submission of the quotation until confirmation. I found the price the most affordable among my choices as well. The team at CYC that helped the move was exceptional as well. Supervisor Izrul was very polite and went through in detail with me the move, listening attentively on my requirements. He and his team were practised and efficient in packaging the items to be moved which helped save plenty of time. At the destination they were careful and provided good advise where to place the bulky items. They were more than happy to help shift some of the existing furniture so as to accommodate the new bulky items. I was very impressed by the way they managed the move in good spirits regardless of the manual heavy lifting that had them sweating and panting. I would recommend highly the CYC team for moves to anyone whom require such services as they have a good team that exceeds customer expectations.

My wife and I had a great experience with using CYC Movers for our recent move. From the beginning, Jessica who helped to coordinate the entire process was very responsive and always willing to help us with our queries no matter the time of the day. Boxes were delivered to us in a timely manner to allow us more than sufficient time to pack all our things. On moving day itself, Kannan and his team arrived punctually at the agreed time and after a quick briefing, all our items were efficiently packed and moved without a hitch. Kannan and his team also took great care in ensuring that our items were protected properly and transported. The entire process from start to finish took about 6 hours. (and it would have been faster if not for the restrictive rules that our new condo had!) Although their services may be slightly more expensive than other companies out there, it is worth every cent for having that peace of mind in a otherwise stressful moving out process. We would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a moving company consider CYC, you will not be disappointed!

CYC made my move smooth and hassle free. They organised a virtual viewing and provided me with a competitive quote. Packing materials were delivered 48 hours later after coordinating my availability. They took care of all the move permits, and on the day, the were clinical about getting things moved and delivered. Really good experience!
