Right from the start, CYC Showed that they are customer oriented and took great care in meeting customer’s needs. We were in a hurry to get a mover. And so we tried our luck to call Cyc though their website said they are closed on Saturday. However, we got an answer and knowing our urgency, they actually arranged for Jessica to come to our place that very afternoon for an assessment. To be frank, CYC’s quote was higher than another mover’s quote. But upon looking at the hidden costs, we found that CYC to be more reliable without hidden costs. They were upfront and Jessica was exceptionally professional and responsive and we felt that we would be more comfortable with cyc and rejected the lower quote. Our assessment of their professionalism and reliability proved to be correct. From delivery of boxes to reorder of bubble packs, everything was fast and fuss free. When Raju and hIs movers arrived on Monday morning for the move, they we organised and systematic. I did not have to worry and they did such fantastic protection of my furniture and equipment that I had nothing to worry about. They brought racks for me to hang my ironed clotheslined that saved me so much work in packing and re-ironing. They brought ice boxes too so I didn’t have to make additional personal trips to move frozen and chilled stuff. CYC really did a great job! And I will definitely use them again for my move back to my house after it is renovated and would also recommend it to my friends
