International removal from Singapore to Cairns Australia. CYC were marginally cheapest quote but they got the job because of the professionalism of their sales and the detailed quote supplied. Their pack up was professional. Packing was to a high standard. Where they fell down was their due diligence of the Australian end. Their choice of a new partner, All Star, who had limited experience in REGIONAL delivery caused a substantial delay to the arrival of the furniture. If the destination had been a capital city I believe this would not have happened. Communication was also lacking from the Australian end of the operation. All Star did manage to arrange a delivery in Cairns and even managed to get a local unpack on a Sunday. The Cairns delivery went well with a few minor bumps and bruises to the furniture but there was not a single breakage.
