BE CAREFUL IF ENGAGING THEM ESP IF YOU HAVE LARGE FURNITURE If you have large furniture (incl cupboards, etc.) note that they will put the furniture on its side i.e. need to move the item from upright to being on the side, and will transport the furniture in that position. There is big risk in doors or other part of the furniture being impacted / cracked / broken. This happened to me and I have moved quite a few times overseas and locally without issue till now. When pointed out, their reply was "Nothing will be forever not spoilt" and "If the thing forever not gonna to spoil then the furniture shop will be closed forever"
