Awesome company with experienced workers. I salute the uncle who has taken extra miles to replace the chair that damaged by his worker, to get it replaced and fixed. Really paisei seeing him doing his part what his PRC workers can't. Truly an asset to the company. We are going to engage their service again when we are moving to big house. Love you guys, especially the uncle.

Moved house with KNT movers, and from the moment their crew stepped into my place, one of the men who seemed like the leader (singaporean man) took a cursory look at my stuff, mumbled something about there being "just a bit too many items" (even though it was well within the amount of stuff I had already agreed with the KNT office when they quoted me earlier) and tried to get me to "settle it under the table" by giving him and his crew some extra cash for "coffee money" to get the work done without going through their main office. Basically an outright extortion! I was so shocked at their unprofessional behaviour! I refused at first, because it was not the price I agreed to pay with KNT, however in the midst of his discussion with me, his men had already started to move out half my things, leaving me feeling like I had no choice but to give in to his demand since the move was already underway. In the end, he and his crew pocketed the extra $30 that I was pretty much forced to give under the strenuous circumstances. Judging from the reviews here, it seems like this has happened to others as well, those of us who were unlucky enough to get this particular team of movers. After this experience, you can be sure I will NOT be recommending KNT's services to anyone. It's highly disappointing that they would condone such unprofessional behaviour from their own employees.

Super efficient and very professional! Arrived 15mins early and we were moved in 4 hours (all 2.5 truckloads!). Everything was nicely shrink-wrapped and arrived in great condition. Customer service was also very reponsive, provided an online quote, delivered more boxes to me multiple times, and adjusted the quote on the day itself to account for additional stuff.

Great experience with KNT. From the start they were super responsive (shout out to Dion!) and the lowest price of all the quotes I received. I moved today and they were fantastic - they were early, friendly and helpful and and handled everything so quickly and efficiently. Thanks again!
