Used their service end May 2019. Poor service by the team that was sent to move for me. Contacted the salesman Calvin and he gave a quotation. He was lazy to come to my house and review the number of items to be moved and said that he was experienced enough to know the costs. On the day of moving, workers came took a look at my items and started complaining and even had the nerve to ask for more money. My family proceeded to contact Calvin since he had claimed that what he arranged for was enough. Clearly no control over his workers as they even got on the phone to scold him and said that he didn't come down to see so he wouldn't know. Salesman couldn't solve the problem and eventually asked for more money as well despite having already given a proper quotation. Lazy, unprofessional and bad attitude. The sales team no control over the workers. Had to scold the salesman then the workers know we aren't playing around. After the move the workers sheepishly told us to forget the even ever happened. Clearly opportunistic and trying to make a quick buck by using such crude and low class tactics. Will never use again and I hope whoever is reading this won't too.

Very pleased with our experience with KNT! Scheduling was smoothly organized by Dion, and the move was flawlessly coordinated by Aaron. Still going through the boxes but it looks like everything made it in one piece. Highly recommend them, and kinda wished we had used their packing services.
