Peng’s team did a fantastic job for us. They were extremely efficient, very polite and good-humoured. The place we were moving out of was on the 4th floor without an elevator. Plus there was lots to move, including a queen size bed. Peng’s guys didn’t complain once! They emptied out the apartment in merely half an hour! They took great care to unpack all the furniture without a scratch to neither the items nor our new home. Flawless!!

Ah Wah is a very good supervisor and keep his team motivated to move the stuff in a fast and organised ways. All boxes are labeled even when we didn’t label and is place in the respective rooms at the new place. This is the 3rd time we are using KNT and they never failed use. We are Happy knowing that nothing is broken or missing. Very swift and professional team.

Overall KNT did a Decent Job but they are still bound to make mistakes.That happen to my New house moving on 26th Dec 2018. I'm sharing my experience so that other who engage them and also for KNT to take note. First of all make sure all the KNT staff are in KNT uniform as for my case there were China workers who were not wearing KNT uniform doing the moving and a few fumbles happened. They insisted on opening my brand new tv to make sure that it was working due to past bad experience from other customers which I say is a good practice but that should be enforced to all high value products they move..They wrapped my wife's Osim massage chair which was in gd condition and then after they moved it over and due to moving in to a smaller place and too many things we were not able to inspect everything at one go but after 2 days when we open the shrink wrap to the massage chair their was a deep cut and some scratches on the back of the massage chair. When my wife contacted Mr Tan who was incharge of the movers said after a few days discussion with the management that they can't help us on this. Now we are left with a damaged massage chair and my wife is upset and that sums up the experience.Thank You.

Got assigned to one customer service called george who is very very hard to get a follow up on.. Not sure if he's too busy but at least reply to my WhatsApp please! I needed to confirm on the quote soon but everytime my answers will only comes in 1 or 2 days time. I've heard rave reviews about knt movers but is this the kind of service I'm getting?

I used TNT once in 2010. They were efficient. The last time I used them was in 2015. The move took nearly half a day cos they dispatched movers that are inexperience. They damaged my expensive mattress at 2 corners. It was evident that the mattress was dragged along during the move, without protection rendered to the matteress. We did not notice until the night when I changed the sheets. Told the contact (Sky 97773369 ) but was met with an 'oh'. Called for quotation again recently (just to test them), was quoted $1000 to move from Thomson to Braddell. Had a change in plan and only need to move downstairs (with the same lift) and was quoted $800! Totally ridiculous! 21 June 2018: This is a add-on to the review I provided earlier (2 months back appx). The sale rep (SKY) did a follow-up and offered a much more reasonable quotation for the move from #06 to #02 in the same block. I have decided to use them once more and the move is scheduled in early July 2018. I will post the feedback thereafter. Latest update dated 16 Aug: The move on 6 July was reasonably efficient and fast (abliet a worker breaking a plastic bottle and spilling a huge amount of the aroma oil which cost quite a bit). Also, noted that they used 2 rather inexperienced workers. For this, i would up the rating to 4 stars. They were generous in providing boxes, tapes and bubble sheets and paper for wrapping. The price quoted include moving ALL the stuff in the apartment. This is unlike another company (VIM BOX MOVERS) whose quote is only for moving 20 boxes (and 20 boxes to be supplied too) and item indicated on the list ONLY. Any additional means more money (which is totally ridiculous!).
