Bao's team has gone over and above my expectations - they could remember what they packed into what box, even going the extra mile for me when I needed urgent help to retrieve something from their storage after the move. I will have to move again in a couple of months when my renovation is completed - it's a given that I will engage them again

They sent a TEAM of 7 today, very professional and super efficient. Despite some delays on our end, the boys were patient and friendly throughout. Continued working even during the rain and blasting hot weather. Keep up the good work!

These guys are not very punctual. My move was delayed for almost 2 hours. The movers called an hour earlier ahead of scheduled time that they would be 1 hour late but they have very poor sense of timing. I bet they don't really care about delivery on time jobs and went for their lunch even though they were late. Totally unprofessional. We are fuming at home as we await their arrival.
