Ask for a quote thru their website, the indoor sales by the name of Dion Ang call and ask for some details after 2 days, quotation given the same day, but miss out few items told to him. Took the trouble to lists down one by one with measurements of all the bulky items. Eventually willing to send someone for site survey. A young guy came, ask to seat down and discuss 3 times but refuses to seat down, so wired. Seem KNT presented very organised in the sense of, go thru indoor sales, outdoor sales and the bunch of moving employees, but, can't even complied a simple offer to seat down and discuss, cannot imagine, when come to the move day, what will happen if I've certain request from them, don't think they will follow as well. later find out that, the outdoor sales only in-charged of site survey and prepare quotation, and will not supervise the move on the day. To avoid complication, no choice have to let go using this movers. Overall experience with KNT, though never use their service, but base on the short dealing have with them, don't think I will recommend or encourage anyone to use KNT on the so important day (moving home is a big deal to me) that cannot effort to have problem on it. Need co-operative vendor to wok together, if one is not, very hard to move on. Use at your own risk, and for me, will definitely won't use.

Terrible pre-service assessment. Let me first say that I have used KNT before and found the service to be good (not excellent just good). The quote was also reasonable. This time however I was blatantly called a lair by their representative saying that could not service my condo, even though I saw KNT movers there as recently as this week. He was adamant and then relented and said I would then have to provide the cheque and permit to the condo. Where trust is everything in this business, I now have zero trust in KNT and I will never be using them again.
