We engaged them for a move and they were very professional. They dismantled and assembled the furniture. They arrived 1 hour before time. We were out of the house in 40 minutes with all packing done and ready to move. We did not have much to move. So i sent pictures of the big items to be moved. In less than 24 hrs they had a quote for me. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

From start the first contact with Sky Ea was great. Reasonable quotations with most suitable advices. It was the first time engaging movers and I didn’t expect such friendly and nice services. Professional, organised and swift. All done within an hour. Strongly recommend and will engage should I need to move again!

We engaged KNT movers for our move from River Valley out to West Coast, we selected KNT based on the reviews posted here on Google. Great service at a good price, the guys were very quick and efficient and the move was completed without any issue. They dismantled and reassembled some of furniture, all carried out quickly without any damage to furniture or property. Can fully recommend their services and thanks to Felix and his team for assisting us in our relocation.

We used KNT Movers in Nov 2018. They were about 20 minutes late but fast and easy to work with. The one star is because they broke off the handles on one of our cupboards. The piece was so damaged I took photos of it and documented it on the paperwork and the movers removed the piece from me and said the office would contact me about replacing the piece. If I could do it over again I would have only paid them half of their service fee and would have told them they would receive the other half once it was replaced because they never contacted me and I had to send message after message. I made several phone calls and kept getting redirected (often being told the person I needed to speak with wasn't there and they would leave a message for them to call me back). Finally after several phone calls (and about 3 weeks after the move), I was able to speak with someone from finance who said they needed to discuss it with their team and they would get back to me. Surprisingly, this time they DID indeed call me back and told me they could only compensate me $100. I figured it was better than nothing and said ok. One month later I still had not received anything in the mail and started the process of calling again and getting the run around. It is now April (almost 5 months after the incident) and I have finally given up and will now leave bad reviews as that is all that is left for me to do. If you do decide to go with them, be prepared to have items damaged (a few other pieces of furniture were also scratched but I didn't realize until after they left).

Great Service provided. Led by onsite supervisor, Jackson, they went about their job efficiently. Jackson tried his best to make moving day as stress-free as possible. After sales was just as good. My fridge doors had to be dismantled in order to fit through my kitchen door. After assemblying in back again, noticed the doors were not aligned and hence rubbing against one another. Their Mr fix-it guy came the next day after calling them and it was all fixed. Really good. Though was misqouted in the begining by their sales staff. The price was still vety reasonable considering the amount that had to be done. Overall, I personally thought they were not out to get your money but to help you. Jackson also helped his team coordinate with me which box goes to where. My sincerest gratitude.
