The service was absolutely terrible. They seemed great at first, but the after-sales service was extremely poor, even making me feel cheated. It's nowhere near as good as a professional moving company. The customer service and staff kept passing the buck, leaving the customer confused. Employees represent the company image, and judging from the staff I encountered, this company has absolutely no environmental awareness and is completely unsuitable to be a moving company. I'm not giving it a single star; zero stars would be acceptable!
