I used to think you guys were great, but today when you came to my house to move, your attitude was terrible. You kept saying your stuff was too much and that your company needs to adjust its practices. We won't be using your company for moving services again. It really made me feel bad.

Had 2 extreme experiences with KNT in the space of a month, so hard to decide how to rate it. The first was a 5 star experience, while the 2nd is a zero. I think a lot depends on the supervisor that was assigned. The first was moving my house, and the supervisor and crew were prompt, efficient and took good care of wrapping and protecting my wooden furniture. Just 3 weeks later, when engaging them to move my office furniture, the young supervisor did not bother to dismantle the system furniture after it took him 10 minutes just to remove a few screws, and our expensive Hemant Miller and Steel Case chairs were dirtied and scratched, and wheel was missing. He even blamed us for not cleaning our chairs, so when they stack it up, the wheels dirtied the fabric. (even though they promised to wrap) The wheel that came off our Hemant miller chair, they just reached into their stash found any other wheel and knocked it in place of the missing one, saying all wheels are the same. 2 trucks was assigned, and apparently 1 was lost and only made it to my new office after a few hours. All these despite the assurance that they would wrap our chairs and protect them when they came to quote. The supervisor initially also refused to move things up to our loft level in the new office, even though we already told the person who came to quote, that the new office has a loft level. He stopped his crew and called his office to complain before grudgingly moving. When we called to complain about the damage, they just said what can they do since damage is done. So, the lesson learned is that, yes, they may be cheaper than their competitors, but insist that they wrap and protect your precious furniture, and good luck to you, if you get the young, irresponsible supervisor from China as the moving supervisor for the day.

Amazing! I found it quite challenging to go through moving companies in Singapore. I had 5 or 6 quotes and prices really varied. KNT was recommended by a friend and I decided to go ahead with them. I would say my move was very difficult, as the new premises doesn't have a lift, so unfortunately it had to be all carried up 3 to 4 floors. Their team had an amazing leader and everything worked like a clock. Even, when I arranged pick up of boxes and there was a very heavy rain at the time, they contacted me and promised they would collect after rain stops. My son had a play date and boxes were still there around 9:30pm I thought they called it a day. Suddenly they turned up at 10pm and quietly removed everything! And this is what you call a service!

Engaged KNT twice , when I move my house and when I use them to dispose of old items in my old house , both experience were very positive. The workers were efficient and courteous, and very helpful. Will recommend them without hesitation. Great job , guys !
