Emailed the KNT to get a quote for my move. Francis Chay replied to my email after 2 days. Then when I requested for a site visit to get an accurate quote he did not bother to reply. After a week I called their company hotline and the man who answered was rude. I just wanted a someone to visit my house and he said I need to only coordinate with the person I emailed and he cannot help me. The reason why I called the company is because Francis is not replying. He asked me for the persons name but I could not open my email. Anyway next day I sent another email on the bad service and he called me claiming that he gave me all the information I needed. Francis is a very rude man and so is most of the staff there.I wish I could reach out to one of their higher management on this. Will never use their service again and would not recommend it to anyone

I can only say I'm VERY Disappointed at this movers company.At first, they told me the price is including packing,unpacking ,free boxes and types etc... But turned out the movers came and said:" you have to pack everything except the big stuff such as bed and table"So we had to spend, wasted our time on packing again!!!!Which they really didn't pack anything except one bed and two tables 1TV+moving!The attitude and service are really really over what I expected!So not worth with the price!And then when they get to our new apt,they just put everthing in our living room.put that one queen bed in the bedroom and rushed out!I don't think it's even worth this one star!!!

Fast and prompt service. thanks for helping us to shift our bulky items smoothly and swiftly. despite hazy condition, they came promptly , began shifting and managed to vacate all items within 1hrs. thanks for the great effort

The surveyor told us 900$ including everything after checking the whole house n checking even the cupboards.. But the day of the move his workers charged us 200 more as they said sofa is heavy to carry.when we called the surveyor he said he dint realize that sofa might not fit in lift so it had to be carried. We had no option but I was disappointed. The surveyor 's job is check what will fit and what will not, he looked ard the house for 20 mins n couldn't check tell if the sofa is heavy .the last minute extra was very unprofessional. The service was very good though and the men took good care of our stuff.
