Subject: Feedback on Recent Disposal Service of KNT Movers Singapore | Mover | House Moving 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62, #02-15, Singapore 569139 Dear Ma’am Santy, We are writing to express our concerns regarding the disposal service conducted on June 9, 2025, at 4 PM. We value customer focus highly, and it is essential that your company prioritizes customer service. **Overview of Yesterday's Experience:** Jimmy Teo, accompanied by two workers from the PRC, arrived for the disposal. When I inquired about the lifting pad for the lift, he responded, "NO NEED." As I mentioned previously, I will be quite firm if this matter is not addressed. Mr. Teo claimed he was familiar with our residential area, as he has visited multiple times. This raises a significant concern for us. We paid $20 specifically for the lifting pad, yet your team neglected to adhere to our management protocols. We intend to escalate our complaint to management regarding the inadequate handling of our residents' needs, as we have been living here for nearly 30 years. On our side, the estate management is also complacent in not following the working procedures. Mr. Teo initially requested more than $130 (with a $100 deposit already paid) for the service, although we had confirmed a total disposal fee of $230 through KNT’s official WhatsApp with Ma’am Santy, from administration. I insisted on paying $130 in cash, after which he fell silent, raising our suspicions about the process. Fortunately, the disposal team worked efficiently, quickly handling the items. **Further Points of Concern:** I mentioned that we would consider ongoing engagement with your company if the service met our expectations. We requested a quotation from Jimmy Teo for the shifting of some personal items, including a fridge, a washing machine, a two-piece IKEA sofa set, one mattress, transparent plastic containers for clothes, pre-packed boxes of clothes, kitchenware, trolleys, and a collection of six IKEA display sets to our new house. He quoted an initial price of $750, which we found excessive given current market rates. After our feedback, he reduced the quote to $550, yet we still felt this was too high for the items listed. After some deliberation, he then offered a price of $500, which we still considered unreasonable. We wish to emphasize the importance of this incident and urge ma’am and your management to take necessary actions to prevent any adverse impact on your company’s reputation. Additionally, Mr. Teo stated that communication should go through him as the Head Operations Manager, even when your name was mentioned. This raises confusion about the hierarchy— is he the boss or the operations manager? Based on an overall review of KNT Movers, the service is not bad and has managed to clinch a few 5-star ratings from customer reviews. Not all workers are fully responsible, skilled, or negligent. When you encounter a competent worker, they take pride in performing their duties professionally and respectfully toward the homeowner and transparency. This is what the owner looks for! A good work attitude is also essential for every worker. Demonstrating a positive attitude wins customers' hearts, regardless of skill level. This value needs to be instilled whenever workers carry out tasks outside the company for their customers. Homeowners should feel comfortable with them. Honestly, we have also experienced situations involving deliveries where there’s a rush to leave after delivering kitchen items before the new kitchen is installed. This has been our previous experience. Nevertheless, thank you, Ma’am Shanty, and the administrators for your responsive follow-up; we appreciate it. We finally relocated! Thank you, Chris
