*INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK* House moving completed on the 5th September. Team failed to properly protect and secured the items. Boxes fell twice - Once during the loading process; and once during the unloading process. Boxes and personal belongings were damaged. Fresh coat of paint at the new house were deeply scratched by the workers who forcefully move the metal rack without caution (refer to photos). Besides, there were damages to a 2 year old fridge (provided by the developer of a brand new condo TOP in 2023), damages to 2 x 2 year old bed frames and damages to a 2 year old cabinet. Management team deliberately distanced from the after-sales care and offered little compensation (i.e. monetary compensation limit to 10% of the purchase order). As of 13th October (more than 1 month since the date of move), KNT failed to uphold their promise of making good the damaged paint work. They committed to 2 dates (11th Oct 3pm to 4pm and subsequently 13th Oct 3pm to 4pm) and in both instances, they did not show up. Not to mention, I had to reschedule my kid’s weekend enrichment classes and my meetings on a work day to accommodate to their fluid and non-committal schedule. Besides, their back office has little to no influence to ensure the operation team fulfil the job order. There is a serious lapse in governance and integrity on which KNT fundamentally operates, and lacks accountability. For someone who has moved every 2 years (domestically or internationally) since 2014, I have come across numerous vendors. With confidence and certainty, I dare say KNT movers is the worst I have encountered (i.e. the quality of service does not deserve the premium they command). Hence, engage KNT Movers at your own risk. Refer to photos below for context.
