Terrible experience. The movers were careless and rough, broke a large pot, lost a sentimental item, denied responsibility, and were rude when concerns were raised. They took a long lunch break, causing delays, and communication was very poor. Even after damaging and losing things, there was no apology, no compensation, and no follow-up from the company. As soon as the bill was paid - complete silence. Cheaper than other quotes, but I regret choosing them - not worth the stress.
