Tried to book movers, thought everything arranged promptly and confirmed with Felix over text. Wasn’t asked for payment, presumed would pay in cash on the day. On the day of the move they didn’t turn up and then when I called to ask where they were they said I hadn’t paid and it was too late for the operations side to move. Frustrating and disappointing, jammed up my moving plans and inconvenienced everyone including my aged infirm parents who waiting for the movers to collect the things. Unreliable and poor communicators.

No regrets to engage KNT for moving service. From salesman, manager and the actual mover staffs, all are approachable. The manager kelvin has good estimates skills, he told me 6hour time is good enough and the 60boxes needed. End up all are correct. Carton box, tapes and wrapping material are solid and delivery on time. On the actual moving day, the men are come on time, communicate with us clearly and handle my items very carefully, even though i told them they don’t have to. It was a challenge to fit in the washing machine, they solve the problem patiently. Good job and definitely recommend to others to use their services.

Moved our four room from two locations within 3h, including wrapping of furniture, multiple oil paintings, knives, and wine bottles. The team were also conscientious, asking me multiple times what needed to come along. Everything arrived intact and unmoved, including the dust we left behind (means they really didn’t expose the items or jolt them around too much)
