Firstly, the movers were very late. Our appointment was for 9 AM, arrived at 10:30. Movers were very rude and made us do their work while they were sitting around. Much worse than the last time we moved with KNT about two years ago. They were handling all of the stuff very carelessly. Luckily nothing has been found to be damaged (yet) except for a pillow which was drenched in ink after one of the movers decided it would be a good idea to keep our printer upside down without any bubble wrapping, and the printer itself. Didn't even provide insurance. Very disappointed with the service. Next time maybe send more capable and professional movers that actually do work.

I moved twice within 1 year. All the admin logistics were managed by Santy. She demonstrated professionalism in managing my requests & questions.
GuiJie managed my on site logistics & moving twice. Gave good advice & very professional in customer management. Have good visual estimation to determine
if furniture can fit into a space or not. Very patient in coordinating with his colleagues. Even my sister who moved 6 times locally & overseas, not by KNT, praised him for his competencies.
Overall, admin & onsite teams did great jobs! I'll encourage potential customers to consider KNT.

4 to 4.5 stars overall. We engaged KNT for our house moving today. Ah Huei and his team worked in methodical and efficient manner. Our three-bedroom apartment was cleared in under three hours. They did ensure that everything was securely wrapped and packed. However, we had some
boxes headed for storage and some to our rental home. The sorting of boxes- which to go where- was not properly done. The first 30 minutes was a mad rush and a few boxes were sent to the wrong location. Boxes wrongly sent to the storage location could no longer be retrieved for us :( I think his team could have taken a bit more time at the start to take proper note of the correct location instead of rushing.
