Engaged KNT 10-12 years ago at its infancy. Its service standards were good then. Fast forward to 2024, I've engaged KNT twice to move my household items to storage, thereafter to my new home. KNT is reliable, professional, safe and took utmost care to help pack up the boxes providing protection as required. I left the movers to move my stuff from storage without my presence and they packed up some odd bags and safely deliver all to my new home. Some movers I'd engaged refused to move certain items like floor lamp and tv though I've paid for the full service. KNT has always without fail ensured my move was smooth, efficient and stress free. Highly recommend to anyone needing movers service with a peace of mind. Try it and you will see the difference.

The moving quote was reasonably priced so we went with KNT Movers. Unfortunately on the day of the move they said they would need to upcharged us as they required 4 moving vans instead of 3 which was initially quoted. We didn't furnish more things so we felt cheated that they weren't upfront on the cost. For those who are looking at quotes please be careful with KNT. They may give cheap quotes but will back you into a corner the day of the move to pay more or they will not move everything. Very unethical bait and switch tactic. Update: KNT management reached out to clarify the issue. It appears upon further investigation there were some issues with their employees who should not be doing this. They've since refunded the overcharge and apologize for the trouble. Updating from 2 stars to 3 stars as the situation could have been avoided.

I had an excellent experience with the moving service. The team was incredibly professional, and the entire process went smoothly. They provided timely reminders a week and a day before the move, which was very helpful. The empty cartons they supplied were of great quality, making packing much easier. Highly recommend their services!
