Sadly, KNT’s quality has declined significantly. This is the third time we have engaged KNT and we’ve always trusted their professionalism. Unfortunately, this time we were completely disappointed with their team of movers. Several pieces of furniture were not properly assembled, with parts falling out after they left. Our shoe rack was broken, and screws for the bed frame went missing. The most frustrating part was that when we contacted KNT to share our concerns, they took no action to address the issue. We had to engage a handyman in to fix the problems instead. Once bitten twice shy, we will definitely engage other moving companies in the future.

The movers did a great job and everything was moved and packed quick, safe and professionally. When we reached out to KNT and supervisor Kelvin came down to give us a quote, he stressed that we need to choose a supervisor if don’t want him to be overseeing the move and we should choose another supervisor. We agreed for him to oversee the move, because he seemed trustworthy and professional, but on the moving day itself he didn’t even bother to show up or give us any heads up that he won’t be attending, so that’s why 4 stars.

This is my 1st time using movers and KNT did not disappoint. Even though the initial call to the enquiry line was a nightmare, my complaint was taken seriously by the online service manager James. He did a good job of service recovery and he got Calvin to assist me with subsequent queries and quotations. I would say I decided on KNT because of the service level of Calvin. On move day, the help arrived early and they were pleasant and cooperative. I can see they sincerely handled all things with care despite it being such a hard job. Thank you to the wonderful team who made my move as pleasant as it be. Moving is a stressful event, good help is important. Thank you James, Calvin and the movers !

Ah Huei and team are awesome! We are very thankful and grateful to their superman abilities, strength, carefulness and friendliness. They helped shift our heavy dining table several times on their own accord and asked us to try to make sure there is ample space for walking. Their delivery is beyond our expectations. They were very quick and efficient and i can see how well they work as a team. Truly recommend them for house move. Their efficiency and carefulness is really wonderful.
