Abysmal customer service. Do not employ their services. The start to move was delayed by almost 2 hours. My move was from a storage unit where everything was packed but it took a grand total of 5 hours to move because they were so short handed only 1 guy was allocated to load the stuff into the truck. The rest only came at the destination much later. I called every single one of them but none of them wanted to pick up. My advice? Don’t employ their services or if you do, make sure you book them to come early otherwise you’d end up waiting for them to arrive. Shout out to Calvin and the admin staff for ignoring my calls, really made the entire situation better for me and movers on the ground.
