Worst shifting company ever cant be trusted to do shifting carefully and honest to admit to mistakes. Engaged them to shift the house, damaged my bed frame by stepping into the frame, but kept quiet. Used their cardboard to cover the hole up thinking that nobody will know, but was discovered because they used their own cardboard box with their company logo to cover up. Scratched my marble flooring so deep that even after I get people to polish up, I can still see the scratch mark. Again they tried to hid the mark by using my sofa to cover back up the scratch.
Really bad experience. Will never recommend anyone. Would have given negative 5 stars if google allow

We have used KNT many times over the years for shifting houses, both packing and moving household. They really do a great job, and are good value for money. Incredibly fast, yet also careful and attentive. The leaders are responsive to our needs and requests throughout the process, and all the workers are super hard working. Special shoutout to team leader Shawn and sales manager Calvin, was a pleasure to work with them! Will certainly continue to use KNT in the future.
