What a horrible experience with KNT Movers.
It was TOTALLY irresponsible moving company. Have agreed to assemble bed frame upon shifting, however, they had left their tools boxes at previous house and informed us that they are not able to come back for assembling it due to next urgent appointment at Toa Payoh. We requested them to do right that time, but they can only do after 2-3 days.
We did not accept it, but there is no other ways either I refund or wait for 2-3 days. They were not even find other solutions, kept asking us 'How?' multiple times and told us that 'we are wasting their time'.
What's more, we have been asked fully paid, even thought they have not completed their jobs.
We are not going to use this KNT mover again and do not recommend to any of my friends.

Worst experience with KnT, they broke multiple ornaments of mine, and my child’s toys during the move. and the worst was that my Miele washing machine was damaged due to extensive force and improper storage resulting in the drum being damaged beyond repair. The service was very bad and the men’s attitude was just lazy — keep asking why must I get them to pack and unpack despite me paying for the service.
