What an amazing outfit! I cannot speak more highly of the service we received from KNT Movers. From the initial outreach and survey to the final move, the service was so frictionless, I was sure I was missing something. Bernard was to the point and efficient with the initial setup, and Shawn who lead the moving team made life so easy. We were informed ahead of time to leave almost everything as is, and they would come and do everything for us. Shawn and the team were so polite, cheerful and professional. They listened to everything my household members and I shared about our individual items. They moved our 3 bedroom house stuffed to the brim with over 8 years of collected stuff in just 2 days. This included packing and unpacking. Without exaggeration, within an hour of arriving, my entire living room had been completely packed with individually wrapped items. We were even able to use our bedrooms for the first night, so the hotel room we booked ended up being just a staycation. Their rate was very reasonable when compared to 8 or so companies who I reached out to. The most important element in my mind is that every item was put back in the same place as it was in the old apartment, and not one item was even scratched, leave aside broken or damaged. Super service. While we don't intend to move frequently (first move in 6 years), we cannot imagine reaching out to any other moving company.

I had the opportunity to engage them again for moving service. Reasonably priced. Not much bulky items but they did their best to pack my glass cabinet. That was very important to me. I coordinate with Sandy and Ah-Jie. Try to speed the process by packing properly my boxes. There were some minor damage to my wired cable in process of moving but I managed to rectify myself and get it working again when arrived. Noticed it only when they left. Overall, good service and they took really good care when packing the fragile cabinet and shelf.. I would engage their service still in the near future.
