Think twice before you hire this service provider. You may end up paying 'more than move service fee' . I am a tenant who just moved in a new house on Aug 25. They damaged a refrigerator's door ( landlord's) during the move in. Now the landlord is charging the repair cost (changing the door) 900 SGD. I have reported this case on Aug 26 but KNT said I should wait until the sales lady comes back from vacation. The sales came back from vacation today and said 'need to check with movers if they broke it'. I highly doubt if mover guys would admit it recalling what they did 11 days ago! I will keep this review updated until I close this case.
